Alex Barclay earns ICCF SIM title

The ICCF Qualifications Commissioner has confirmed the award of the ICCF Senior International Master (SIM) title to Alex Barclay. Congratulations!
In recognition for this achievement, and according to the latest decision by the CCCA Executive (see here), Alex membership has been extended by 5 years.
